This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 15815 of 2018 which was dismissed on 31.08.2018 for want of prosecution.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to his illness, he could not come to the court and the case was dismissed for want of prosecution. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the
