The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the petitioner gave knife blow on informant's neck, due to which she sustained injury in her right hand.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 6.4.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The nature of injury is said to be simple. Hence, no offence under Section 307 of the I.P.C. is made out.
