2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with a direction to the Board to dispose off the representation filed by him with regard to rectification of the error in the marksheet issued to him.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents do not oppose.
4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the Board to dispose off the representation filed by the petitioner expeditiously and latest within a period of one
Patna High Court CWJC No.14519 of 2017 dt.16-10-2017 2/2 month from the date of production of a copy of this order before the respondent no. 4.
5. It goes without saying that if the contention of the petitioner is upheld, necessary consequential action shall also be taken within the next four weeks.
