Vide order passed by this Court on the writ petition the Additional Secretary, Rural Works Department, Bihar, Patna was directed to consider the request of the petitioner for stay of his transfer and dispose of the same in accordance with law. On failure of the Additional Secretary, Rural Works Department to comply with the order that the contempt application is filed. A show cause is filed enclosing a reasoned order

Patna High Court MJC No.2694 of 2017 (3) dt.20-06-2018 passed by the Additional Secretary, Rural Works Department bearing Memo No.9506 dated 11.8.2017 at Annexure 'A' rejecting the claim of the petitioner. Should the petitioner not be satisfied by the order then the forum would be other than contempt application and if so advised, he can take recourse thereto.
