Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the order, dated 10.07.2019, passed in Aaganbari Case No. 75 of 2018, rejecting the selection of the petitioner as Aagan Bari Sevika, Center No. 138, Ward No. 6, Tamaut Parsa Panchayat, the petitioner has filed an appeal, being Aaganbari Appeal No. 20 of 2019 (Annexure 4) before the District Magistrate, Madhepura, on 29.07.2019, which is still pending for disposal.
