1. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some appellate proceedings are pending before the learned Division Bench of this Court, hence at the moment, the present case be disposed off, however, liberty be granted to the petitioner to approach this Court again, in case he has any subsisting grievance, in terms of the directions issued vide order dated 23.06.2022, passed in CWJC No.10693 of 2021, once the appellate proceedings are disposed off.

2. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off, however, with the aforesaid liberty.
