====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-10-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.
Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 109 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that merely on confessional statement of co-accused petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he has no concern with co-accused. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Informant is alleged in the F.I.R. that the age of culprits at about 30-35 years but the petitioner is only 18-19 years old. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59791 of 2018(2) dt.31-10-2018 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 109 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
