JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-02-2024 The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 20.11.2018 passed in CWJC No. 22923 of 2012, the Registrar, Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga has already passed a reasoned order, rejecting the claim of the petitioner for regularization of his services. A copy of the said order dated 25.01.2024 has been furnished to this Court, which is taken on record. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of

Patna High Court MJC No.4167 of 2019(2) dt.08-02-2024 2/2 the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 25.01.2024. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
