The petitioner seeks bail in Barauni (Chakia O.P.) P.S. case No. 180 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections397, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 15-03-2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52527 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the person, in whose confessional statement, name of the petitioner has figured, has been granted bail by the court below itself.

While rejecting the prayer for bail of the petitioner, it

Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
