1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned APP for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.
2. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126,115(2),118(1),117(2),352 and 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.1 has antecedent of one case and petitioner nos.2 and 3 are persons with clean antecedent and are women and the informant alleges that on 08.09.2024 at 9.00 P.M.,

No.73463 of 2025(2) dt.17-11-2025 2/3 Bhogendra, Jitendra and Ram Bharos came in a drunken state and started abusing, thereafter all the accused persons including the petitioners came and assaulted his father and brother causing injury on head and also fracture of hand of his brother and also assaulted him and his mother on account of which his finger got fractured.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that informant specifically alleges that Bhogendra, Jitendra, Ram Bharos came in a drunken state and started abusing. It is submitted that petitioners are related to Bhogendra, Jitendra, Ram Bharos and Devendra, as such, they were also implicated with a view to coerce the male members into submission. It is next submitted that even allegation of assault against the petitioners is not specific.
5. Learned A.P.P. as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant opposes the anticipatory bail application and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant submits that out of four injured, the injury suffered by three injured has been opined to be grievous, but

No.73463 of 2025(2) dt.17-11-2025 3/3 then, is not in a position to rebut the submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are women and there is no specific allegation against them and they are related to male accused named in the FIR.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, are directed to be released on anticipatory bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Babubarhi P. S. Case No.407 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.
7. The application stands allowed.
