This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Mehandiganj PS case no. 81 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below and pray for regular bail, especially in view of the fact that the petitioner has already solemnized marriage with the victim girl and a child has also been born out of the said wedlock. Liberty so sought, is granted. It is needless to state that in case, the petitioner surrenders before the learned court of S.D.J.M., Patna City

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72035 of 2022(2) dt.29-04-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today and files appropriate petition for grant of regular bail, the same shall be heard and disposed off, preferably on the very same day. The present petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
