The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 169 of 2016 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 24723 of 2017, Cr. Misc. No. 25638 of 2017 and Cr. Misc. No. 26316 of 2017, as detailed in Annexure nos. 2, 3 and 4 to the bail application.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52510 of 2017 (3) dt.12-12-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Banka in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 169 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
