Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sultangunj P.S.Case No.150/19, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 434, 498A, 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the D.P.Act. As per FIR, petitioner is the husband of the informant and the allegation is of demand of Rs.05 lac and further ousting her from the house . Further there is allegation that her fatherin-law tried to molest her and the petitioner had earlier married with another lady and left her.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that allegation of demand is false and concocted, she had

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM 1st, Bhagalpur in connection with Sultangunj P.S.Case No.150 of 2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
