2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, over a trivial dispute, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons, named in the FIR, started pelting stones from his roof upon the informant and his family members as a result of which his wife sustained head injury. His maternal grandfather and brother-in-law also sustained injury.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Members of both sides have sustained injury. There is case and counter case.

Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and languishing in judicial custody since 23.08.2024. He has also submitted that one exactly similar footing, co-accused Md. Hasnain has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 02.09.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 60639 of 2024.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that petitioner is a person of clean antecedent, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Lakhisarai in connection with Mednichowki P.S. Case No. 155 of 2024, subject to the condition that petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and be available as and when required by the court.
