Petitioners are accused in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No. 84 of 2019 registered under Sections 302 and 436/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. No injury is found in the Post-Mortem Report. Further submission is that petitioners are in custody since 04.07.2019.
