The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 175 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 413, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion. The petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is rotting in judicial custody since 28.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64265 of 2019(2) dt.07-11-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Birpur (Supaul) in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 175 of 2019.
