JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120-B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the FIR, after two months of the FIR the named of the petitioner appeared during investigation on suspicion.

Learned counsel for the informant appeals prayer for bail of the petitioner on the ground of no criminal antecedent of the petitioner as well as on the ground that investigation from other bail by from other accused persons.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61146 of 2018 (2) dt.04-10-2018 2/2 Considering the fact and there is no material against the petitioner let, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura/Successor Court in connection with Alamnagar (Ratwara O.P.) Police Station Case No. 21 of 2018 , subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
