Considering the fact that the present writ petition arises out of orders dated 05.10.2023 and 13.10.2023, passed by the learned Sub-Judge-1, Purnea in connection with Execution Case No.1 of 2016 (Md. Ghufran vs. the State of Bihar & Ors) as also considering Rule 6 of Chapter III A of the Patna High Court Rules, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to convert the present writ petition into a civil miscellaneous petition. Liberty so sought is granted.

Accordingly, the registry is directed to extend its cooperation to the learned counsel for the petitioner in order to ensure that the present writ petition is converted into a civil miscellaneous petition at the earliest, whereafter, the registry
