The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Asthawan P.S. Case No. 113/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an information was by given by the petitioner that one Bunty Yadav had kept a country-made pistol in his shop for sale. Accordingly, the police conducted a raid and seized the illegal arms. However, on interrogation, the said Bunty Yadav has named the petitioner to have kept the arms which had been allegedly recovered from his possession.

Considering the aforementioned facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62692 of 2018(2) dt.06-12-2018 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Nalanda, in connection with Asthawan P.S. Case No. 113/2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
