2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 134 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 85, 80, 238 and 3(5)of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the accused persons are accused of killing the deceased for dowry.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2025.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. The petitioner is a relative of the husband. He is not closely related with the family. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- II, Jhanjharpur District- Madhubani/ concerned Court in connection with Phulparas P.S.
