This is an application for bail in connection with Tajpur (Waini) P.S. Case No. 119 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 353, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Allegation as per FIR is that when accused persons were trying to commit theft of Bolero pickup van they were chased and later on the van met with an accident and petitioner was arrested by police.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that for the same offence three other cases in Kalyanpur P.S. have been lodged and the present case has been lodged in Tajpur P.S. and petitioner is in custody since 22.9.2017 and now charge has

Having heard both sides and in view of facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Samastipur, in connection with Tajpur (Waini) P.S. Case No. 119 of 2017, subject to the conditions as follows : (1) One of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned, (2) Petitioner will co-operate in trial and appear on each and every date in court and on failure to appear on two consecutive dates without any genuine ground or without permission of court, his bail bond shall be cancelled, (3) Petitioner will mark his attendance in local police station in first week of every month at least for a period of one year, so that
