The petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali P.S. Case No.688 of 2019 registered under Sections 399, 402, 120(B), 400 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The police apprehended the petitioner and other accused persons on the suspicion that the petitioner had assembled at the place of occurrence to commit some cognizable offence but from the possession of the petitioner, only one Oppo mobile and a knife were recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 02.08.2019. One of the accused namely, Ashif Khan has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
