JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-06-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- " For issuance of writ of mandamus commanding the respondent authority for construction of Panchayat Bhawan Durgapur Gram Panchayat in its Headquarter villageDurgapur and not in village Naugaion because of the fact that the land for construction of panchayat Bhavan in Head Quarter village-

Patna High Court CWJC No.17842 of 2022(2) dt.26-06-2023 2/2 Durgapur is available which is situated adjacent to pitch road bearing Khata No.67 plot no.252 are 50 decimal connecting the Block and District Town of the Panchayat while the proposed site in Navgain is an isolated place not connected with any Road."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Munger, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
