2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sonki P.S. Case No. 95 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 140(2) and 143(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The informant is the wife of the petitioner who has alleged that their child was kidnapped by the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 05.07.2025.

5. In my opinion, this case for kidnapping of his own child filed against the petitioner should not have been registered. It appears to be a mala fide prosecution.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-IX, Darbhanga/ concerned Court in connection with Sonki P.S. Case No. 95 of 2025.
