The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery of wine from the conscious possession of the petitioner rather it is recovered from the co-accused Aditya Kumar Singh. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail petition and he is languishing in judicial custody since 02.08.2019. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
