The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Deoariya P.S. Case No. 26 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Sunny Patel. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 06.08.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail
