Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Banshi P. S. case no. 14/2017 registered under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the IPC.

Three persons got appointment on the post of panchayat teachers on the basis of forged document and the petitioner being Mukhiya signed the appointment letter. Moreover, the aforesaid three persons have already been admitted to anticipatory bail by different benches of this court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this
