The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 718 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 370, 290 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4, 5, 7 and 8 of the Immoral Traffic Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 65045 of 2019 vide order dated 25.10.2019. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 09.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65980 of 2019(2) dt.13-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 718 of 2019.
