The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Trial No. 1664 of 2018 arising out of Complaint Case No. 949 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 406, 417 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the present case is counter-blast of the case registered at the instant of the petitioner earlier. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the fact that earlier petitioner has filed case against the informant and thereafter the informant has filed

No.65516 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 levelling allegation that petitioner has taken money for ensure job of the son of the informant in Madhya Pradesh Police when complainant himself a constable working at Siwan Jail is most artificial. In a situation where there is case filed by the petitioner against the informant is earlier no prudent man can accept the story of informant giving money to petitioner for job of his son. Let the petitioners above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of Learned J.M.1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with Trial No. 1664 of 2018 arising out of Complaint Case No.949 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 Cr.P.C..
