JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-10-2019 Petitioners seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Jale P.S. Case No.73/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 379 of the IPC.

As per FIR, the petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant and other family members.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties and there is land dispute and injuries are simple in nature, which wil appear Annexure-2 and 3.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64903 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga at Laheriasarai, in connection with Jale P.S. Case No.73/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
