The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 207 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, as contained in Anneuxre-2 to the present application, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kadamkuan P.S.
