The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Nirmali P. S. Case No. 100 of 2018 registered under Sections 457, 380 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the specific allegation made against the petitioner that it was he who had bought stolen articles from juvenile in conflict with law, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail.
