Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Kharagpur PS Case No. 208/2015 for the offence under Sections 323, 341, 325, 448, 308 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. There is case and counter-case and the police has submitted charge sheet for the offence out of which except Section 308 IPC other sections are bailable.

Considering that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and there is case and counter-case, this application is

Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of one month from today, the petitioners above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kharagpur PS Case No. 208 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
