2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 609 of 2023.

3. As per the allegation, the petitioner along with others misappropriated the revenue amount of North Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the entire revenue collected by the petitioner has been deposited. In this respect, the receips of the money issued by the Accountant has been filed as Annexure-3 of the bail

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S.Case No. 609 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

6. The learned court below after accepting the bail bond, shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and if it is found that he is involved in any other case, his bail bond shall be cancelled.
