The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 500 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 448, 326, 307, 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently Section 302 of IPC has been added.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case merely on suspicion. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is specific allegation

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this application is rejected.
