Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 111 of 2018 for the offence under sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
From the statement of victim under section 164 of the Cr.P.C. it appears that she voluntarily accompanied with Sanjeet Kumar and joined wedlock. Although the age of the victim is 15 years but from the statement made under section 164 it appears that there is nothing against the petitioners who are father and mother of Sanjeet Kumar.
Considering the aforesaid and also the fact that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62803 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sri Raj Kapoor, J.M. 1st Class, Sheohar in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 111 of 2018 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) Ravi/- U T
