====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHANDRA PRAKASH SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-12-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 06.10.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63083 of 2023 by which the petitioner was granted regular bail in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 631 of 2021, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 06.10.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63083 of 2023, due to inadvertent mistake in the address of the petitioner, P.S.- 'Pachrukhi' in place of P.S.- 'G.B. Nagar' has wrongly been mentioned. So, due to this error, learned court below is not

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77556 of 2023(2) dt.01-12-2023 2/2 accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner.

4. Considering the submissions made on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner and the grounds mentioned in the modification application, in the order dated 06.10.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63083 of 2023, let in the address of the petitioner, P.S.- be read as 'G.B. Nagar' in place of P.S.- 'Pachrukhi'. The rest of the conditions stipulated in the order will be same.

5. The order dated 06.10.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63083 of 2023, is modified to the extent as indicated above.

6. The present modification application stands disposed of.
