2. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 24.04.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 69507 of 2022.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner having entered into the flat, forcibly ran away with three and half years child of the informant but he was apprehended and the child of the informant was rescued.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that fresh ground for renewing his prayer for bail is that there is no progress in trial.

4. While rejecting the regular bail petition of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73391 of 2023(3) dt.01-12-2023 2/2 petitioner, it was observed that the petitioner has got criminal history of similar nature of cases.

5. In my view, there is no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
