2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other co-accused person are said to have committed loot of a vehicle, fired at the driver injuring him and looted Rs. 2000/-.

4. Enough materials have come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime. Petitioner is in jail since 17.07.2023.

5. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present. This application for regular bail is dismissed.

6. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail if there is no sufficient progress in the trial.
