The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 142 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 308, 323, 504 and 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Regard being had to the petty nature of the offence in which niece of the petitioner sustained simple and superficial injury, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
