JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN) 28-08-2018 Heard Mr. Amarendra Narayan, learned Counsel for the appellant, on the limitation petition and even if we would have been persuaded to condone the delay of one day in filing the appeal, the opinion expressed by learned Single Judge on the issue of rate of interest that accrued on deposits of the General Provident Fund by the petitioner under the Rules governing the matter, is found to be in tune with the statutory prescription and there is nothing in the present appeal which would persuade us to deviate from the opinion.
