The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Nawada (Town) P.S. Case No. 350 of 2018 for offences under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. In the instant case the victim has filed a petition before the Chief Judicial Magistrate in which she has mentioned that she has joined the wedlock on her own sweet will with the petitioner of this case and she claimed that she is aged about 19 years. She has also referred to a compromise petition which is on record as Annexure-3, wherein the parties have entered into compromise.

No.68217 of 2018(2) dt.14-12-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances stated herein above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada (Town) P.S. Case No. 350 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
