2. The present application has been filed to modify the order dated 14.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71550 of 2022 to the extent to exempt the petitioner for payment of maintenance amount of Rs. 5,000/- per month to the opposite party no. 2.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the opposite party no. 2, is working as Panchayat Teacher, therefore, she is not entitled to get Rs. 5,000/- per month as a maintenance from the petitioner.

4. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the materials available on records, I am not inclined to modify my earlier order.

5. Accordingly, this modification application stands dismissed.
