====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 11-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Union of India.

In this case, the petitioner is challenging his transfer order dated 29.08.2018, by which the petitioner has been transferred from 47 Battalion, Central Reserve Police Force, Badalgarh, Rohtas to B/150 Battalion, Central Reserve Police Force, Chintagufa Sukma, Chattisgarh as well as the order of his relieving dated 24.09.2018.

Patna High Court CWJC No.19840 of 2018(2) dt.11-10-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner remained at Rohtas from 20.10.2015 and he should not be transferred from Rohtas to Chattisgarh prior to completion of four years of stay, which is the normal tenure for posting in one place.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has filed a representation before the Inspector General of Police, Central Reserve Police Force, Bihar Sector, Patna, which is still pending.

Let the Inspector General of Police, Central Reserve Police Force, Bihar Sector, Patna, consider the representation of the petitioner and take decision in accordance with law without unnecessary delay.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
