The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Natwar P.S. Case No.55 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 379, 307 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that 11 persons, named in the F.I.R., including the petitioner abused and caused assault to Gopal Chaudhary, the uncle of the informant, through fists and slaps. At that time, on the order of Dharmpal Chaudhary, Ramyash Kumar gave spade blow at the forehead of the uncle of the informant, causing blood oozing injury. In the meantime, Shankar Chaudhary caused fracture injury at the left hand of the uncle of the informant through lathi.

No.65870 of 2019(2) dt.05-11-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. but no specific overt act is attributed to him. The specific allegation to cause injury to the uncle of the informant is against Ramyash Kumar and Shankar Chaudhary.
Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas, Sasaram, in connection with Natwar P.S. Case No.55 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
