The petitioners are in custody since 30.06.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 160/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the other co-accused persons having similar allegation have been extended the privilege of regular bail vide order dated 17.10.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48996 of 2017.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that no specific role has been assigned to this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51808 of 2017 (2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 petitioner, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 139 of 2017.
