The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 156 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and the specific allegation is attributed to the co-accused, Jyotish Jha who was last seen with the deceased. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 02.05.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the
