2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3), 109, 324(5) and 3(5) of the BNS.

3. From the perusal of the FIR, it appears to be a case of road rage.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and he is in custody since 04.12.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79026 of 2025(3) dt.19-11-2025 2/2 and also considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail stands allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M, Gaya/concerned Court below in connection with Bodhgaya P.S. Case No. 524 of 2024.
