The petitioner No. 1 is in custody since 31.03.2017 and petitioner No. 2 is in custody since 19.06.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code.

For the reasons stated in the present Criminal Miscellaneous Application which has been filed for misuse of the privilege of bail and because the petitioners are very old, let the petitioner No. 1 (Rajindra Singh) and petitioner No. 2 (Urmila Devi), be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Patna

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51792 of 2017 (2) dt.09-11-2017 City, Patna, in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 72/95. It is, however, made clear that the petitioners shall cooperate in the trial so that the case may reach its logical conclusion.
