The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihiya P.S. Case No.107 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 431, 333 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner and other co-accused persons were making protest against the order passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court and blocked Bihia road (N.H.84). The accused persons obstructed the police personnel from discharging their official duty.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner has got no

It is further submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner lives in Gujrat for earning his livelihood and he had no knowledge about the present case.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Taking into consideration facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Bihiya P.S. Case No.107 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
